Send events to an HTTP(S) endpoint

Add an option to avoid loading long streams by taking state snapshots. Make possible to use alternative store for snapshots.

Keep state objects in the local cache to avoid stream loads when handling multiple commands for the same stream. Ensure that the cache is relevant.

Create a solution where Eventuous-based apps can report event schemas they use. Add a feature to validate events against the registry when appending/producing.

Currently, Connector needs to run one instance per subscription. It could perfectly handle more and reduce the need for compute.

The connector must run as a single instance to ensure processing events in order. It can, however, partition events in memory to speed things up. Partitioning can be turned into sharding, so events are spread out between the instances.

Enable adding subscription implementation to the Kafka package.
